Project Deposit

Before starting any project, a deposit of 50% is required. This deposit is non-refundable as it helps secure your place in our schedule and covers the time and resources dedicated to your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

Project Revisions

We understand that changes might be needed to get everything just right. Our service includes two rounds of free revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the work. However, if you need more revisions after that, extra charges may apply. This helps keep the project on schedule and fair for everyone.

Clear Feedback

To make sure we deliver the best results, we ask for feedback that is clear and easy to understand. When you give us detailed and specific feedback, it helps us make the changes you want faster and without any confusion. This also helps avoid additional charges for extra revisions.

Payment Terms

All payments are due within 7 days of receiving the final invoice. Late payments may result in delays to the project or additional fees. We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.

Delivery and Deadlines

We will provide a timeline for the project and do our best to meet deadlines. If there are any delays from the client side (such as late feedback or changes), the timeline may need to be adjusted.

Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. This is to cover the time and resources already spent on the project. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

Copyright and Usage Rights

Once the final payment is made, you will have full rights to use the design or code as agreed. Until the final payment, all work remains the property of Ninja Tech Design.

We are committed to clear and timely communication throughout the project. We will keep you updated on progress and will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
